Annabelle from Milton Keynes found Bianco Beauty through an online search and recommendation from her eyebrow lady, seeking a solution to remove a “botched”, deep tattoo she got abroad.
During her consultation and early appointments with us, she opted to also have treatment for an additional tattoo at the same time.
Her journey is a perfect example of how different tattoos respond at different rates. With different depths, densities and colours, one of Annabelle’s tattoos is completely gone, while the other removal is still ongoing.

Laser tattoo removal experts at Bianco Beauty often advise clients that it can be a good idea to remove multiple tattoos at the same time as your immune system is already working to remove one tattoo, this way you can save time and money as you are not removing them one-by-one- but it depends on many factors. While her cherry tattoo removal is still ongoing due to how deep it is, scroll to the bottom to see her complete removal of her cat tattoo.
Can I Have Multiple Tattoos Removed at Once?
When it comes to removing tattoos, experts at Bianco Beauty stick to only lasering a palm sized area of ink at a time to avoid overwhelming your immune system, and to allow time for proper healing.
In Annabelle’s case, as her other tattoos were much smaller, we were able to group them and treat them at the same time, but the process is still ongoing for her larger, deep tattoo. Tattoos which are deeper often take longer to remove as the laser has more ink to break down and it needs to penetrate deeper into the skin to reach the pigments, which requires more sessions.
Another consideration laser tattoo removal practitioners have is the region of the tattoos, as clients might be in more pain in different areas, for example your extremities (feet and hands) can be more sensitive. Annabelle was happy to learn that we would be able to start her removal journey on both her tattoos using our picosecond laser technology with multiple wavelengths used to target all the colours in her tattoos.
The Removal Process
As pictured, Annabelle’s cat tattoos were gradually and safely reduced using our pico laser, with full removal achieved and healthy, clear skin left intact.
Annabelle says “I couldn’t have asked for a better technician than Bartek. He’s so friendly and honest and has looked after me throughout the whole process!”.
Her second tattoo is also starting to fade, though, due to the deep ink and red ink- which is monumentally harder to remove and needs different laser settings to effectively target the pigment (as you can view in the gallery below)- this will be a lengthier removal process. In tattoo removal, deep tattoos are one of the most difficult to remove because the laser has more ink pigment to break down. You can check back for updates from her sessions in the coming months.
The Result
Annabelle’s removal journey has been a long process made up of marginal gains over time. The two cats she wanted to remove are now completely gone, leaving only the one behind she wanted to keep. We are still working on removing the red ink in her cherry tattoo (pictured below).
Tattoo removal can be a hugely impactful process. Having tattoos which don’t feel like you anymore have a knock on effect on your confidence and self-image, so at Bianco we strive to provide fantastic results while leaving the skin undamaged and in-tact, allowing clients to fully enjoy their natural skin again.
Annabelle says she “would recommend Bianco to everyone” and in fact has referred her sister to have tattoos removed by Bartek too.
We’re so thankful to Annabelle for allowing us to share her story.
