Sophie’s Story

Sophie had SPMU upper eyeliner tattooed at another clinic and felt that it was too thick and dark. She wasn’t happy with how it looked on her, and despite being called “semi-permanent”, this type of makeup is very much permanent.
Sophie heard about Bianco Beauty from another clinic she attended and discovered that senior practitioner and Bianco Director Bartek is a specialist in laser eyeliner tattoo removal.

Now, one year on from her first treatment, Sophie is thrilled to be free from her eyeliner.
We spoke with Sophie about her journey with us.

Initial Consultation

When Sophie first came to Bianco Beauty for her initial consultation, she was given a lot of information about how the treatment would work and made aware that every removal is completely different – meaning there was no guarantee of how many sessions she would need to achieve complete removal.
Sophie took some time to consider everything she had been told, and we welcomed her back a few months later when she felt ready to start her journey.

The removal process

Sophie described the treatments as so short that you quickly forget about any momentary pain.
Laser eyeliner removal requires the use of internal ocular shields – a specialist piece of equipment that protects your eyes from the close proximity of the laser.
While some people feel unsure about having something placed on their eyeball, being a glasses wearer means that Sophie is familiar with having a clinical focus on her eyes. Plus, the safety element of the eye shields outweighs any momentary discomfort.

The results

Sophie’s cosmetic tattoo eyeliner was quite dark, thick and winged, which took focus away from her naturally beautiful blue eyes.
Her eyeliner is now drastically reduced, and her wings are gone, giving her the subtle enhancement she originally wanted.
